Q: How do I determine the balance on my certificate?

A: Please fill out our contact form and we can determine the outstanding balance of your Gift Certificate.

 

Q: What if my certificate is lost or stolen?

A: It is important to safeguard your Gift Certificate because it cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.

 

Q: Can I purchase an E-Gift for someone else, or let another person use one that I purchased?

A: Yes, simply have the card sent directly to the recipient’s email at the time of purchase, or you can re-direct the E-Gift from your email address to another after it’s purchased. Additionally, you can print the E-Gift and hand it to the recipient. 

 

Q: Do I need a special printer or is color printing required?

A: No, if you choose to print the E-Gift then any standard printer will work and will accept the E-Gift if it is printed without color.

 

Q: Do virtual certificate expire?

A: No, e-certificate never expires 

 

Q: Are there any fees associated with my gift certificate?

A: No. There are no fees associated with your Gift Certificate.

 

Q: Is my gift certificate redeemable?

A: No. Gift Certificate are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

 

Q: Is my gift certificate reloadable?

A: No. Gift Certificate are not reloadable.
