It is our mission to provide our clients with a calm & relaxing environment. With all respect, we kindly request our guests to observe our Spa Policies.
I encourage you to read thoroughly before booking a first time appointment to ensure I am the right fit for you!

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment unless they're being serviced or if you're a minor you must be accompanied by an adult.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.​
Booking An Appointment
All booking is done 100% online.
I will NOT personally reschedule anyone unless I was responsible for the cancellation or rescheduling. Otherwise booking an appointment, cancellation or rescheduling, is available is strictly your responsibility.

Groupon Voucher Clients
As of Sept 1st, 2022, we stopped offering Groupon Vouchers. If you already purchased a voucher, we are still be able to redeem them unless the voucher is expired.

Groupon clients must book online and a $20 refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. Deposit will be refunded during checkout unless:​

If you cancel your appointment or a no show, you will forfeit your deposit.

You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times without putting a new deposit. After that you will have to put a new deposit every time you have to reschedule.
*Standard late, rescheduling and cancellation policy still applies to Groupon Voucher Clients.

Waitlist
If my schedule is fully booked, you may place yourself on the waitlist. If someone reschedules, you will get a notification to book the available time slot. Make sure you have the correct contact information.

Deposits
When booking an appointment, a $20 non-refundable deposit is required with booking your appointment and used towards the final payment. The deposit must be sent within the first 30 minutes of booking; if not, the appointment will be canceled automatically. Deposit is sent through Zelle only and remainder balance is with cash, credit card, ApplyPay and Zelle only! Zelle payment is sent to the email zapbeautybar@gmail.com.

Deposits are also non-refundable. I will ONLY refund any deposits if I was responsible for the cancellations.

Invalid Credit Card Policy
If your credit card on file is declined, an invoice will be sent via email/text. Failure of payment within 3 days, ALL FUTURE SERVICES WILL REQUIRE 50% DEPOSIT that goes towards your service. If it happens agains, you will NO longer be able to book with me in the future.
Prices are subject to change.
Your information will be saved to our file for future transactions, including but not limited to deposits, membership purchases billed in time, or any transaction(s) for goods or services on a prearranged, recurring billing schedule.
Confirming Appointments
Please make sure all your information on file is accurate for confirmation purposes. Vagaro will send out a reminder 48 hours before your appointment, you can confirm through the link. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT, IF YOU DON'T YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE CANCELED!!
Covid-19 Policies & Procedures
I am taking additional measures to ensure the safety of all my clients during this time. All clients must come at their appointment time, this is to ensure I have the proper amount of time to disinfect the salon thoroughly. Please check - in through the Vagaro App when you arrive and have a seat in the lobby, I will be out to greet you. Please only press the check-in once, I receive a text message each time :). No extra guests will be allowed in the building unless being serviced. All clients must wear a mask upon entering the building. Hands must be washed for at least 20 sec before service begins. If you are feeling ill in any way (cough, fever, aches, not 100%, etc) PLEASE let me know and we will reschedule. Everyone’s health is my top priority!
Late Policy
In order to get the most of your treatments, please be on time! If you are running late, please call or text me. If you arrive 10 minutes after your scheduled start time, you will be charge a $15 late fee. Arrivals past 12 minutes of scheduled time will result in appointment cancellation, we will need to reschedule and you will be charged a 50% percent of the schedule appointment .
Canceled/Reschedule Policy
Your appointments are very important to me at Zap Beauty Bar. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments.
Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time slot, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
