Zap Beauty Bar will do it's best to ensure your package is handled with care.
We will ship to the address provided. We will provide you with a tracking number in every case possible so you can follow your order to your door. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot replace these items as we do everything in our ability to make sure your order is delivered to you directly.
Please let us know if you require extra insurance or a signer for your packages.
We are very happy to add those shipping services onto your order at additional cost.

Please be aware that some orders could arrive in multiple packages.
FREE Shipping Promotions
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only. FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes addresses and oversized packages.
*All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
**Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Standard Shipping
Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of UPS, USPS, and several regional carriers to deliver packages to you more efficiently.
This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is available through your confirmation or shipment emails, and will indicate the estimated delivery date.
This shipping method is available for shipments to the contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes addresses. Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. states may experience longer transit times.
Expedited and Premium
This shipping method is available for shipments to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii addresses only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed for shipment in 3 to 5 business days.
International
Zap Beauty Bar does not ship to international addresses.
Local Pickup
Provides an alternative shipping solution within the same region, enabling buyers to purchase items and pick up directly from Zap Beauty Bar in their vicinity, saving money on shipping fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.

Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) was shipped.
No product can be returned without advance authorization.
To obtain advance authorization, contact me at ZapBeautyBar@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Please reference your order number and photos of damage if applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To serve you better, Zap Beauty Bar will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
